The staff at Royal Palm Pest is very polite and knowledgeable. My technician Alex was very respectful and honest. He has only been with the company 4 months. Royal Palms Pest Control takes really good care of our home. They handle our termite warranty and our quarterly pest needs. We bought a home that had serious pest problems (ants/termites) and they cleaned it up and the pest problem is gone! They’re so good that my daughter had accidentally dropped her ice cream cone outside (without our knowledge) when coming into our house one night that the next morning there wasn’t even any ground ants on it. They’re a small company that cares about their customers and they do a thorough job. I highly recommend!
Started using them when I bought my first home in the area. Issue was immediately resolved never to return with quarterly treatment. Had had a termite bond , dry wood termite treatment, all completely effective. Professional staff that I can always trust are always on time and well dressed as well as courteous of your home and pets. Rafael the owner gives good advice in regards to what you need and has never let me down. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The technician Scott Blewett is exceptional. He is extremely professional and always does a great job. I was hesitant about the inside spraying of my home because of my dog. Scott answered all of my questions and my Bernese Mountain Dog who is normally protective has become friends with Scott. I would highly recommend this business.

We have been with Royal Pest Control, since the day we moved to Florida. They do outstanding work. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and successfully addressed any problem we have had. The first service technician we had the pleasure of knowing was Scott. Such an all around wonderful tech. Now, our technician is Craig. Craig is equally as wonderful. Any problem we have ever had was addressed by both men and handled immediately and if there are any problem in between our quarterly they will come right over. We were fortunate to have both techs to come in during our home inspection and they did a great job. I am very pleased I changed from my other pest control service to Royal Palm Pest Control. They are extremely professional and courteous from the moment they answer the phone to the completion to their service. After my service is complete I very rarely have a problem with a pest but in the rare case that I do (this being Florida) they will come that day to treat the area again. All the professionals that come to my home are extremely through, courteous and answer all my questions. The last few times Josh has come to do my pest control service and I could not be more pleased with his treatment of my home. He is a true asset to the company as is everyone involved.
